    Privacy Policy Complaints and Enquiries

If you have any queries or complaints about our Privacy Policy contact us.

  • When you buy a Leanne Roe artwork you are buying an artwork for life. Each piece is archival quality and quite often one of a kind.

Choose your artwork carefully. Consider the size, colour and theme and be sure it will work well in the space you plan to hang it.

If your artwork is a gift for someone, again choose carefully. If you have any uncertainty, contact Leanne to discuss your queries. She may be able to assist with options. And if you are still unsure consider buying a gift voucher so they can choose the artwork themselves.

Leanne Roe works on a policy that once full payment has been made there are no refunds for change of mind.

However, Leanne understands that there are unforeseen circumstances. In this case contact Leanne via the contact form and she will make direct communication with you to discuss.

    Commissions

For commissioned artworks 50% deposit is required to secure dedicated time to work on your artwork. This includes commission paintings and drawings, and specialised projects. The deposit paid is used to purchase the materials required to produce your artwork and is nonrefundable.

Leanne will communicate with you throughout the making of the artwork. To ensure it aligns with what you envisaged.

There should be no room for dislike when you receive the artwork. For this reason, commissions are nonrefundable.

If for unforeseen circumstances you wish to withdraw your request for artwork, please make contact with Leanne via the contact page. She will then discuss your circumstances and decide an appropriate plan of action. If a payment plan is required, Leanne can discuss options.

Leanne wants you to like your artwork and to show it proudly on display. She goes the extra mile to make sure this is the case before you receive your item. If this is not the case, she will work within reasonable means to assist you.

  • General Delivery within Australia

Leanne Roe artworks are delivered using Australia Post, Pack n Send or a courier service when required. The service provider chosen is dependent on the item that is being shipped and its destination.

Standard delivery is used unless otherwise requested. And is free within Australia.

Any delivery outside of the standard service will be calculated at the time of order. Additional delivery fees may be added to the total order value.

Delivery calculated at the time of order is based on delivery service type, weight of the item and location the item will be sent to.

    International Shipping

For international shipping a quote is required from the shipping provider. It will be dependent on the location the artwork is going to, the artworks weight and the level of speed required of the delivery.

Contact us to advise your location and a quote will be obtained. This can take a few days to come back to us.

International shipping fees will be additional to the listed artwork price. You will be forward an invoice for this charge once an agreement to ship is reached.
