Leanne Roe is a full-time artist from Melbourne, Australia. Creating since 2020. Acrylic paintings on canvas, pencil drawings, prints and commission requests.

Self-trained, Leanne’s artistic skills stem from her inquisitive nature to understand how things work. And are further developed by her extensive travels to 50+ countries.

In 2025 Leanne is creating a series close to her heart. ‘The Essence of a Runner’. As a passionate runner herself, she intends to provide inspiration into the world of running. The many variations that running can be. From the morning runner to athletes training for PBs. Each piece will be a dedication to the individuals who dare to give it a go.

Leanne will take commission requests for this series, so that you can capture your own running moment in art for yourself.

Interesting facts about Leanne

• Studied art and graphic design throughout High School fueling her love for the arts

• Has a Diploma in Remedial Massage allowing her to understand muscle placement / position

• Worked in Executive positions for 20 years, alongside CEO’s and board members of some Australia’s top tier firms, giving her insight into some of the best business acumens

• Travelled through 50+ countries, backpacking and camping in most, exposing her to many cultures and scenery

• Has run in most of those countries while site seeing. Runsploring.

• A passionate runner, currently working towards her goal to return to long distance running after 12 years break. Currently at 12km and building.
