This October we will have the grace of Eliud Kipchoge running Melbourne marathon. An event I’m participating in myself. How could I not!

Arguably the greatest marathon runner to date. Reminding us all that no human is limited.

Remember this on your next run or wherever you are. When fear or anxiety starts to rise. You are not limited. Only your thoughts are.

Can we get Kipchoge to sign the painting I did of him while he is in town? Wouldn’t that really make this piece pop.
